Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Marination:
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Mix the marinade well to form a smooth paste.

Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
Frying:
