Breakfast best seafood

 To make a delicious seafood breakfast, you'll need the following ingredients:


- 500 grams of fresh seafood (shrimp, scallops, or any seafood of your choice)

- 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 tomato, chopped

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnishing

- Toast or rice, for serving


Here's how you can prepare the breakfast seafood:


1. Start by cleaning and deveining the seafood. Rinse them well under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.


2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.


4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.


5. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until it softens.

8. Push the cooked seafood to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
